-OOOPS! ..Seems that someone dropped the ball and forgot to compress the layers of the .PDF before releasing the file.

I just tested it myself in Adobe Illustrator. You can download Obama's Official Long Form Birth Certificate (from whitehouse.gov) and decide for yourself:
