One can also argue its not AUS getting stronger, its the USD getting weaker.
Look at USD/EUR in less than 3 months it went from 1.32 USD = 1 EURO to 1.478 USD = 1 euro

I only see people annoyed that the AUD is so strong. Why not actually read what is said first?
Look at pretty much any currency compared to the USD over the last 18 months.
