Charlie Sheen get my vote! Just a totally cool and confused drunk that donīt give a damn! People with power, like Berlusconi, that threats his country like his own playground, I think is just dangerous. Still, got to give credit to grandpa Silvio, from what I read he knows how to throw a party :D
