Where I work part time, they have around 250 people in the building working part time.
This is fine as everyone was there for a very long time, getting a decent wage. Now this company has found any and every reason to fire people, to hire in all new low wage people with no benifits. What use to be a waiting list to work at this company, has now turned into 60% of the part time workers have been there 30 days or less.
