as far as the showering , is it up to them to be honest or do you have an assistant or madam to guide the girls.
When I'm paying the wages nothing is up to the workers. They do it or they go home with no money. I can tell a girl how to shower and douche, like what's the problem?

In 30 minutes I'm going to be telling her to do far more intimate things to herself.

and about the wayward jizzshots, if the girl doesn't clean it and the guy doesn't clean it , who cleans it ? like if theres a big splooge hanging off a lampshade , whats the protocol ? does everyone just pretend it's not there and it gets cleaned up after the shoot by someone's wife/cleaning lady etc ? is there a low man on the porn shoot totem pole ? makeup ? cameraguy ? lighting ?
Never had it go so far.

Whats the backout/flakeout percentage roughly ? male vs female talent ? I only use professional boys and they rarely flake. Sometimes a girl does and she walks.

How man time do you have to stop/start a scene because there is something wrong ( angle/attitude/position ) Attitude twice after that I turn off the lights. Angle position as many times as it takes.

do you try and run a scene start to finish or do you stage it scene by scene ? Depends what I'm shooting.

Do many women bring managers/pimps/helpers ? They bring them and they wait outside the building, or the girl goes home.

My attitude and approach towards models has been formed over decades. And basically by the fact that nothing we shot was sold until it was published. If it wasn't good enough we lost money. So if a model wasn't good enough for any reason she/he went home.

Also I'm the employer the model is an employee. I didn't ask my secretary if she would like to type a letter for me like it was a request, it wasn't. It was a polite way of telling her.

Reggie will back me up with how I work with models and whether the one we worked with last weekend had fun or not. For instance when I went through the script with Sandra and told her what I wanted. I wasn't asking her if she would do it.

My approach has worked. Firm but nice about it. Shooting porn is a people skill.
