And even if they are allowed, prices of subscriptions often are too high for these countries. The natural consequense is to seek it for free. So, you are right, they will go to tubes, tgps, whatever, but even if all non-infringing and free websites were pulled from internet, it's still not possible to sell the real thing if it is illegal. Or too expensive...
