Suuure... Execept they wouldn't need Osama dead to do that since there's been attacks, failed and successful for years now... Only "possible" reason with your thought is if they were trying to goad them into doing an attack. Pretty damn lame though as again, it doesn't really make sense to do it now... A year from now would have been better.
