You will need multiple designs to split test your purchased traffic. What works for one broker may not work for another. For branding purposes upload to the major tubes. Just a handful of sites are necessary. Your uploads will eventually get scraped by other sites, so let them do most of the work. Same thing goes for mainstream sites (example:youtube, dailymotion) that allow risque content.
