I know many would come up with comments like, a lot of US kids saw their parents being pushed to death on TV on 911. But still, was this really necessary to kill him at the spot? And in front of a 12 years old? .. especially his daughter? ..

Maybe he shouldn't attack un-armed civilians by terrorism, if he doesn't want his family harmed or to see him eventually get killed. Sad for his daughter, as she did nothing wrong, but such is life but her father is to blame for her problems not the US..
BTW.. Yes, he needed to be shot on sight..
