When you say "files", these are cams with live streams so not sure how you think you are gonna do that. You can make a page on your server using different program's iframes to show live models on your site, but its not going to look as good as a white label most likely.
Not sure if you've tried
datecamcash.com but they have a nice white label with lots of flexibility.
