Yes, much. If my response above seemed harsh it's because good support is the #1 thing most people look for when considering buying a high end CMS product like ours to run their business.
Anytime someone implies that our support might not be good I take it to heart. And unless we've made a mistake or done something wrong to deserve negative criticism, I will always want to defend it.
Thanks for clarifying that your gripe is with ticket systems and not about the quality of our support on a whole
