Anytime someone implies that our support might not be good I take it to heart. And unless we've made a mistake or done something wrong to deserve negative criticism, I will always want to defend it.
Thanks for clarifying that your gripe is with ticket systems and not about the quality of our support on a whole

yeah just frustrated about the tickets, I don't have a log in for the ticketing system so I have to fill everything out everytime I submit a ticket.
there isn't any issue's with the actual support or product.
