Right, if you're selling the video you'll need releases. If you plan to offer the video for free on a site and sell the advertising then no releases necessary. Think TMZ or YouTube.
Edit: Oops, just saw "Then you put it up on your paysite." in your original post - that'll be a problem, but you could use what you shoot in free galleries and the such.
