Almond milk is where its at.
Also the best thing about soy / almond milks is they stay good exponentially longer than real milk. If you don't consume alot of milk these are great because they stay fresh so much longer so you don't waste anything. |
Not sure that's true, I believe it says on my Silk carton that its good for 7 days after opening. It's good for alot longer as far as the expiry date goes (unopened), however it has about the same or less time after opening as regular milk
