So all those who moan about the Big State and Big Gov are the first to clap when the state commits murder.

A jury in the UK this week found that the police in beating a man to the ground and killing him was a case of "unlawfull killing" eg murder. This is a victory for people.

If you think its ok for the government to kill its enemies with no lawfull oversight you are supporting fascism.

Nazi Germany and Stalin's USSR were the other places where the state could kill its enemies at will.

Do other states have the right now to murder Bush and Blair for their very real war crimes?

Or should criminals be brought to trial?

It is not about the rights of the accused but about the civilisation of the country doing the accusing. In murdering Bin Laden you besmirched the memory of the innocent of 9/11.
You lowered yourselves down to the level of murders.

Whether the photos of Brezinzski are real or not is beside the point, they represent the truth that Osama was created and support by the USA, The Saudis and Pakistan. When he was killing for you - he was a hero.
