RK looks like they did more than enough to ensure they were 2257 compliant, but they chose the wrong State to do business. Florida is notoriously bad for pressing charges and indicting anyone and everyone involved when it comes to underage sex. You can meet a girl at a 21 and up nightclub, take her home, look at her ID, have sex with her and you're still guilty of statutory rape. If anyone else was involved (someone else drove, someone's house), then they'll get arrested for accessory.

I know it's fucked up, but that's how they handle things in a fucked up conservative State. What could really fuck over RK is the fact that they initially rejected her and then decided to move forward after she presented additional information. When it doubt, get the fuck out. It's going to be hard to find a jury that sides with a porn company and not look at the 15 year old as the victim. Which we all know RK is the real victim...good luck convincing a jury of that. Especially in South Florida.

Good luck, RK. You guys got royally fucked.
