SexyJobs is filled with shady 'employers' - he is a captain save a ho but SexyJobs' legal threat is empty, it could be easily proven as fact that many of the 'employers' on that site are total creeps.
i put a fake female profile on that site a few years ago - most of the emails I've received had been from thinly veiled escort businesses from states where it's not legal and the porn offers have come from guys who don't even have a website or anything to show they're legit.
