There is no need for anyone with one bit of business sense (meaning you have all your ducks in a row) to have to buy a .xxx domain
Just kick back and wait for some dumbass to infringe on your mark and then BOOM...you take it from them. |
I do believe that you would be required to register it once it is turned over.
I also do believe attorneys cost money to pursue such things.
700.00 for an attorney +65 for the registration.
Or just do $65 for the registration and save $700.00.
