my personal belief is that the US will never mandate all porn to a sponsored TLD. It just wont happen.
I say wait until someone buys your trademark and then snag it back - it wont cost you a shit ton in legal fee's if anything. A simple letter you can write that proves trademark will be able to get the domain handed over
but i dunno i could be wrong
