Not to threadjack, but where exactly DO you turn someone into paypal for certain offenses? They have areas for scams and phishing but nothing if say someone stole your content and is trying to resell it using a paypal address. Content we can't even sell on paypal because it's adult, yet this guy gets away with it because he's doing it through private yahoo groups.
