No, because the burden of proof is on the person making the claim, not the person skeptical of the claim. A liar with no credibility making fantastical claims is hard to believe. I person who does not tell ridiculous stories does not have anyone to convince. An athiest doesn't give a shit that you want to believe something crazy, knock yourself out.
