Yeah, I get it. Philippines is corrupt. As I've said myself, the reason they're ranked 4 in the world for corruption is because they bribed the people who made the list to knock them down 3 places.
But unless you (and others) are seriously arguing that no crimes ever occur in a corrupt nation - that they are
all fabricated because
everyone is corrupt - I don't see what justification there is for not believing that these guys are guilty.
Racism and "it's not fair, Filipinos get to exploit Filipino kids why can't white guys" doesn't really cut it.
Reality is poor standards of law enforcement and high levels of corruption and poverty
increase the likelyhood of criminal behavior, they don't lessen it.
