I've run into so many Phillipina chat spammers working various chat rooms across the web over the last few years, and many of them look very underage. They came to the Phillipines though because they get the girls cheap and the right ones can look very young. I'd bet anything what Smokey said above happened, poverty drives these girls to do just about anything to make some money for their family.
