I love pork... I'm going to go out with a bang tonight. My wife is making some pernil (roast pork shoulder) tonight and that will probbly be the last bit of pork I ever eat... hopefully.
Been reading up on the shit lately... it's pretty fucking disgusting (not taste wise).
