i pigged out for 9 weeks adding a bit of muscle, so now i just started my trim up, kicking it off with what's called a protein sparing modified fast- 12 days, only protein + vegetables and a little fat every day, zero carbs. ~1000 cals a day. i'll see how this goes and take it from there, the last 5 will be a bitch to shed!
