Since a nice chunk of that will be going to the resellers (and some to IFFOR) it would take Lawley a couple years to make back what he has spent over the last 10 years, not counting his on going over head costs.

$130 price tag is the best thing that is going to kill it. They will be so little registrations and interest at that point it will become irrelevant, will get very little media hype and very little word of mouth, hell most people wont even know .xxx exists if they stick with that price tag. It will fad away, be a flop and lessen the chances that the govt even tries to force us over to it. Thank god for dumb greed, it saved the day in this situation yet again.
Mr. Lawley didnt spend all the time and gear greasing to just allow his "baby" to just fade away.

The price tag of this domain is irrelevant. The onlly thing that matters is if this tld becomes marshal law.

ICM 's, Iffor do or die rules, read like a govt. Hence mandate. And to start consolidating the internet, first with pornography is not going to go unnoticed like some ninja in the night.
