What is a good entry level cam sponsor for a noob to promote?
For someone who's never promoted cams before and doesn't have any tricks up their sleeve or knowledge of what to do, what is a good cam sponsor to push that will most likely show some sales before making you want give up?
And what is cam traffic exactly, traffic coming from msn type ads? Without them coming straight from a cam site how do you know when traffic is "cam traffic"? Besides SE of course.
