The bottom line in the realworld is......
If you are unhappy with a product and or service you have right to redress.
When response takes 2 days then it only comes because you have had to threaten there is some serious underlying problem.
I wish tomspics and advancesubmiter no ill I just wonder why they dont have a higher degree of professionalism
