Here is my guess as to what went down based on everything I read. He left the bathroom naked and saw the maid. Neither of them expected to see each other. The maid was an immigrant from Senegal in Africa, so she spoke french. Since she came from such a macho country, she was probably very embarrassed, and that came across as being playful. He got all turned on and started joking with her, then quickly ran to close the door. She got even more embarrassed. She may also be religious, so she may have been very embarrassed and passive next to a naked man for this reason. He continued joking and started touching her. She did not actively fight back. So he put his penis in her mouth and his finger in her ass. Then he tried to lock her in the room and ran away.
I am pretty sure he will be found guilty and spend at least a few years in jail.
