here is a great hardlinkexchange in linkspun style but it's automatic, ABCD-System, you link to site b and site c is linking back to you. Many niches and free:

(sorry, you have to copy and paste url, I'm under 30 posts and am not allowed to post urls).

It's not my site, but maybe it's of interrest for someone. I added my sites some weeks ago and got a huge increase in SE traffic.
