It's about time the world moves on from these outdated barbaric practices. Most people know the real reason behind both male and female circumcision was to help a person stay in control so as they don't have kids of of wedlock and bring shame on the family.
If someone really wants this done, it's better to wait until they can make that decision for themselves, the same as with getting tattooed.
