A long time ago when I was trying to drop about 10lbs. I took Xenical (Ally aka. Orlistat) which blocks a significant portion of fat from being digested. If fat consumed is not digested, I'll let you figure out where it goes.
All I am going to say is that it's impossible to differentiate between hot grease and hot air until you let it rip.
Orlistat does work though. After that I was deathly afraid to eat anything even a little fatty. I wouldn't even get cheese and mayo on my Subway sandwiches.
