Was listening to this story being reported on the radio yesterday. Very disgusting.
Funny, you need a license to get married, but any mindless useless self-serving idiot can have a kid. Perhaps we as a society should revisit the idea of people needing some sort of qualification in order to procreate?
If that doesn't fly then yes, let's go with the death penalty. :D
