I've tried to shoot her twice, both times were failures. The last booking was cancelled the night before the shoot by her agent....who said that she was canceling the shoot because Tiffany had been a no-show for her recent shoots. That last minute cancellation cost me $600 in kill fees

Ironically, that's the reason for using a "bonded" agent. In reality, the agent should cover your $600 loss or provide you with a substitute to salvage the shoot. In practice, we don't file with the agent or state for the loss.
