Fuck paypal, they stole a shit load of money from me in the past, said the money I was getting paid regularly was suspicious.
I used to have a business selling on ebay, made a good income and paypal fucked it up for me.
You sold software to an indian guy, that itself is shady. Be careful dealing with them. Anything over $100 is a no go. There is a reason many online payment services don't accept them.
