Hey guys I need your help to see if this is possible...

Are there any email submit sponsors that will accept submits from people whose email I already have on file from my service? For example the person would load a customized URL where their email textbox would already be filled out, enabled=false (grayed out, cant be changed) and all they'd have to do is click submit rather than type out their email themselves. I need this because I have a feeling it will convert better, and I've already done the work to gather their emails. If anyone knows of a sponsor where something like this is possible, please let me know, I can send a large amount of submits daily, thanks.
