By content I take it you mean promo stuff... it does say when you sign up, and I also believe you get a email which also explains that...
But as I said we're in BETA so maybe that's one of the things we have to iron out
You use your ccbill username as your username for our promo site, you then use your unique CCBill affiliate ID number as your password, and that gets you in...
We're still filling the affiliate area at the moment...
