My first post! Woohoo!

Okay, I'm working on a few TGP sites but my background is as a designer. Also, all XHTML/CSS no problem. Some scripting but not a lot.

So, I've been looking at a few TGP websites and I have one big question that I haven't been able to find an answer to:

On some galleries, when you click on a thumbnail the first time, it will send you to that hosted gallery. Same result the second or third time you click on it. But, after a while it will send you to what is clearly a traffic sharing website or another website by that TGP owner.

I looked into the source and one shows an "out.php" that is generating the random links from an array. Is there software that the provides this functionality "off the shelf"?

Thanks for any responses... I've been searching for an answer for a couple of weeks now.
