it can be used for legitimate purposes (fair use and authorized distribution)

or piracy

gfy should not be anti-file sharing only anti piracy


rather than blindly lashing out at the technology shift you should be trying to figuire out how to make money from the technological shift

embracing rather then fighting the fair use right this shift creates is the way to go.
