That's WHY you are knocked. You're not a designer, you have no training in photography, videography, editing or webmastery. Yet you try and do all these on your own. You left school at 15, so you're not that bright and you clearly struggle understanding even the basics, sadly.
Pay someone to design. Pay someone to edit and shoot. Pay someone to run the sites. And get a model that is attractive.
