50 Ghbps ... you are not puttting that into a VPS or a single server, lol ...
I would be taking to a carrier directly ( AT&T, L3, GLBX .. which = L3 these days) rather than a hosting company that is just a reseller of carrier IP as you require dual OC-768's. (31Ghbps per OC-768)
OC-768 usually is a carrier level connection for their backbone.
while I am sure that hosts will claim they have a million+ GHbps of capacity ... I'd be interested to see who's willing to take the commitment that will require some serious routing and switching gear to terminate as well a decent amount of colo for the servers ... power .. cooling and backup UPS's in place. Not to mention professional services for all this installing.
