Yeah, I would imagine so. I would feel completely lethargic on a diet like that.
What supplements did you take? Any cortisol type supplements?
I've leaned out a tad over the last 5-6 months, but I'm nowhere close to being that lean.
Right now I'm 222 @ around 12.5%
I'd like to be around 205 @ 9-10% for the summer. I honestly don't think it's possible.
A buddy of mine went on a epistine cycle, (prohormone) and lost quite a bit of bodyfat while still gaining lean muscle. Tempting, but I refuse to put that shit in my body.
