I've leaned out a tad over the last 5-6 months, but I'm nowhere close to being that lean.
Right now I'm 222 @ around 12.5%
I'd like to be around 205 @ 9-10% for the summer. I honestly don't think it's possible.
A buddy of mine went on a epistine cycle, (prohormone) and lost quite a bit of bodyfat while still gaining lean muscle. Tempting, but I refuse to put that shit in my body.

hey, thanks. although i'm still waiting for the carb load phase to bring back some msucle fullness, i am not sure i did this part of the diet properly.
the only supps were fish oil, calcium, vitamins and bcaas. i'm with you, no gear here either.
i'd bet you could cut at least 1.5% off that 12.5% for summer, you've got the willpower eh.
