I actually saw a video regarding that. I'm not sure if it's the one that the "Americans can't find .... on a map" statement came from, but either way the testing methodology was really fucked up. Essentially, they'd ask where France was and have Australia labeled as France, and people would get confused and be like "I didn't know France was that big" and point to it or whatever.
Anyway, I revised my post after you quoted it I guess. She just seemed really flustered, although still not of passable intelligence.
