During a service upgrade to one of our servers earlier today, a glitch occurred on join forms with opt out product offers where the page refreshed, and in effect caused the offer to remain selected.ha We became aware of the error within minutes and the error in code has been resolved.ha
We are going to analyze all affected data during the specific time period to determine what actions may be relevant.ha Due to the low number of clients/sites affected and the short period of time in which this took place, we do not expect a significant impact to anyone.ha
