To everyone else, thanks for the replies, I will look through the various programs mentioned so far. The reason I am inquiring about keeping my own nameservers/i.p. is simply that SEO wise, redirecting your site to the same i.p. as hundreds of other people gets you into a kind of duplicate content issue with google et al and flat out tells them that your site is a copy and they should put some kind of dampening effect on it. Makes it very hard to rank competitively without a gazillion backlinks thats all. Maybe I might be better off just pulling from someones XML feed but programming is not really my thing so I was looking for a simpler way.
