Just let them handle it. I use zombaio and had no idea how to install it. Log into your Zombaio account go to Website Management and click request help with installation. Zombaio will do it for you. They say it takes an average of up to 4 days to install, but it took about 6 days and an email for me. Running smoothly eversince!
