I would be more worried about corporate based espionage.
People that use things like google, facebook, myspace, gmail, hotmail and the such then decide to use important company information or inventions, proprietary information, let alone plans for anything violent or revolutionary in other countries are fucking retards.
Governments been watching these channels since the beginning.
Why act so surprised about China wanting information on anything it can think of? No different than our government or any government for that matter.
The United States sells systems to other countries with REAL spyware built in to them.
Me as a person I can careless, I plan on no revolutions or violent criminal act's on my part anytime soon.
