Adult Empire has a reputation on GFY for either stealing content from
SpookyCash sites and others or for allowing their site creators to do so. So, when you set up to promote a site for them, the odds are good somebody will DMCA whatever you are promoting, so you will have wasted your time and end up sending your surfers to a site which no longer exists.
