Obesity is a huge concern. Shes still very beautiful and again, this isn't a knock on her. But she's not a healthy weight. and yes, some people are indeed thicker and naturally bigger people but usually you can tell if theyre healthy by where they carry the weight. Her BF% is extremely high and as much as some people enjoy a bigger girl or don't find it disgusting, it is unhealthy and usually is a sign of the unhealthy lifestyle they lead. Personally I hope she cuts down a bit of the extra weight, regardless she'll be a good looking girl.
I only say this because of the reactions he seemed to get pointing out that she was much more overweight. He wasn't rude about it.

Skinny does not always equal healthy... I know more unhealthy skinny people than I do fat, go figure.
